Q: Do you freeze your cakes? A: No. Every cake is freshly baked to order. Q: How far in advance should we order our wedding cake? A:  Since I prepare every cake myself,  I am only able to take a certain amount of orders per week.  I am usually booked many months in advance, so  please call to make sure your date is available. If you would like, you may hold the date with a deposit. Q: Will I be able to taste samples of the cake at the appointment? A: Yes, I have between 2 to 5 different flavor samples for you to try . This is by appointment only. I also give out samples at the various wedding shows that I do throughout the year. Q: Is the top tier of the wedding cake ours to keep for the first anniversary? A: Yes. To keep it moist and delicious, wrap it in heavy plastic wrap and place it in the box that I provide for this purpose. Freeze until the day before your anniversary. Then, remove the plastic wrap and place the cake in the refridge over night.  (Actually, I have had brides call me after their 1st anniversary to say it tasted great!)
